I used to take a ‘regular’ multivitamin and felt it worked just fine. A friend of mine gave me a few of her GNC 50 plus multivitamins to try and wow, what a difference! I have more stamina and energy, and my hair is growing like it used to when I was younger. I don’t know the science that makes these different from the regular multi vitamins, but different they are!
