Highly recommend. This puzzle foam mat works great for our in-home exercise room floor, which is originally a wooden floor. Our heavy bag/stand sits on the foam mat very nicely and we can do floor exercises very comfortably. The foam mat is durable, yet lightweight, easy to adjust and move if needed.
