I wanted a healthy snack for mid-afternoon with my tea to hold me until dinner. After seeing the healthy ingredients, I tried the Lemon. Wow! Great lemony flavor and the texture is moist and chewy. Little pieces of fruit and nuts, very small add to the great “mouth feel”. The bars are thick when you bite in, just heavenly. Best of all, I know I am not eating junk.
