I have sharpened several of my knives including one that was abused. They all came out very sharp and it didn’t take much time. You can hold up a piece of paper and the knife will slice through it. I like that the medium and fine cutters are round so they follow the contours of the blade. Not like my old sharpener with flat cutters. It folds up to a small size. I’m glad I bought it.
