This is the ultimate playhouse for little kids. Our 4-year-old loves it! Set aside the good part of a day to put this thing together. It takes several hours and lots of little pieces. It’s really a great size and can easily work for several kids. The wood is treated cedar so it stands up to the elements. It does say that you should stain it yearly to help preserve it. It comes with lots of play food and chalk markers for the board. There’s a fun little sink, pizza oven, and grill. On the side, there’s a little bench and table perfect for little ones to sit and eat. The doorbell makes a noise and the door has a magnet latch on it. Very good quality materials on this playhouse. I feel like it will be around for many years of play.
