This was my first time trying Liquid IV. I’ve heard a ton of great things so I wasn’t surprised that the new Sugar-Free White Peach flavor tasted delish! It reminded me of the diet Snapple peach tea. I tried Liquid IV after another Hip team member gave me a bag after my son was born. Staying hydrated can certainly be a struggle for a nursing mom and this helped tremendously.
