Absolutely a great buy! Our grandson plays with this ball for hours in our pool. He is obsessed with it! It is colorful (looks like a real watermelon), great size, sinks and floats right back to the surface, and is very durable. He loves it so much, we purchased another one for him to have at home. We love to just throw this ball back and forth in the pool. You can dive for it or kind of bring it to the surface and let it “float”. It is a unique pool toy to add to all the other toys we have. Once you get the air taken out of the ball just right, and get it the way you want it as far as how much it floats or sinks, you can use it for whatever you want. We play soccer with it sometimes and it has held up well.
